Liberty and Choice for All! Quinoa and Rice Bowl with Kale, Kimchi and Egg


We love this healthy recipe from the New York Times not only because it has some of our favorite winter ingredients (kale, ginger, kimchi) but also because it is a crowd pleaser for all eaters (adventurous and picky).
