“AEC delivered the best experience I’ve ever had going to the hospitals. I was very sick but the staff were knowledgeable, friendly and calm. The explained everything very thoroughly and really did everything to get me back on my feet. I left educated and feeling better.”
“Austin Emergency Center was awesome! I was traveling from out of town and came down with an acute infection. The nurse and doctor were wonderful. They diagnosed me and gave me my first dose of medication right away. They were also patient with explaining the condition to me. Wait was short; maybe 10 minutes. Definitely recommend this ER.”
“On the phone and upon arrival, the receptionists were so patient, professional and kind. The nurse and tech were incredibly helpful and easy going. Dr. DeWaal was super mindful in his approach to my care and really took the time to listen to my concerns as a first time pregnant lady. Would absolutely return and highly recommend.”
“This was definitely a positive experience. From the moment I walked through the door everything moved very quickly and swiftly the staff were professional and extremely helpful. There was no long wait. I would highly recommend this emergency urgent care facility. I was able to get treatment and they were able to work with my insurance. I walked out having to pay zero!!”
“Absolutely hands down the best experience I’ve had in a medical facility. Everyone was kind, warm and on it. No wait time… was seen immediately. X-Ray, EKG, labs were conducted immediately and results provided quickly. I would highly recommend to anyone. I left feeling safe and understanding what was happening with me.”
